The Mayor and Council should not diminish the quality of life for the residents of Brookhaven, in order to make a developer richer and to accommodate people who don’t even live here. There is no demand from Brookhaven residents for more apartments, more traffic and more congestion.

No to additional development bringing in residential / mixed use apartements-townhomes-condos. The local school is overcrowded, the traffic is grid-locked, there is no traffic-calming on this bordering section of the single-family home residents and it doesn't make sense for "inside" I-285. Put them next to State Farm and by the Marta Station at Perimeter. They'd be in a different school district and be encouraged to use mass-transport vs autos
