I oppose the Tebow bill! This would put our rights as citizens in jeopardy. Our rights to homeschool would be violated and thus opening doors for government control to influence our choice for educating our children.

I oppose hb 1323, the UIL access bill, because many, if not most, home educators don't want it and it will cost my district in UIL compliance/maintenance/legal time and money that I'd rather spent educating the over 5 MILLION students of this state. Home school families have their own teams and leagues.

As a homeschool parent, I do not want to be included in any school choice legislation if it involves government making decisions on any future changes I would make if I decide to use the voucher system.

2nd generation home school here who did have tons of respect for THSC but we do not appreciate being sold out and do NOT support these bills.

So far government failed to provide healthy learning experince for my children so I will be fighting for my rights to homeschool. Not only I don't get my tax money back for that I spend my money to educate them and I still have to fight for it??!! In our Dream Country?!

Do you not pass the Tennes table bill. Homeschool parents do not want this and just want to teach their children the best way they know possible without regulations and standardized test from someone that does not know how their child learns best and what their goals and interests are. Let parents teach their children if they choose to or send their kids to public school if they choose to but do not mix the two

As a Texas homeschooling family, we have exceptional access to sports and UIL type activites. We opted out of any connection to the public school system and do not want ANY of the strings attached tactics being proposed and literally forced on homeschool families in Texas. It has been said these bills do not add regulations any more than other states - the problem with this statement is that Texas is one of if not the most free to educate states there is for homeschoolers... Any regulations, including the added words on the Timbow bill require state testing / is added regulations and itself discriminatory based on the regulations set on public school students... These bills are NOT in our best interest - these bills are not supported by most homeschool families / instead they are being pushed by organizations who feel they have something to gain like THSC... They do not speak for me or represent the best interest if homeschooling in Texas.

The regulation and oversight that would come with this bill are a direct attack against Texas homeschool liberty! Keep Texas free!
