Need to focus higher density development nearer to Rt 59. Scarcity drives up property values. Develop a full development plan not a spot zoning plan.

this beautiful natural Rockland County "as it was" must be saved. No more baseball fields, strip malls or tract developments.

I urge the Ramapo Supervisor and Town Board to stop catering to developers who have nothing but profits in mind.
You are responsible for the future of this town and should be concerned with improving quality of life for all residents.
That includes planning to preserve and protect our natural resources and enhancing neighborhoods by protecting property values, not destroying them.
Clearly, this development and the proposed zone change are not what the current residents and even our Clarkstown neighbors desire.
Keep the area zoned for one family homes. The builders knew what they were buying - no need for a zone change at all.

This type of development is very destructive to our environment and long term quality of life here in Rockland County.

The board should never have entertained this proposed change in the first place. Work with the community to revisit the comprehensive plan in a comprehensive way.
