This falls in the Nanuet Zip code, what right does Ramapo have changing the zoning code for another township??

I am opposed to this addition and development because of the adverse affects of this development to our community

Rockland is too congested to sustain this continued over developing.

The land/town/schools/roads/environment CAN NOT support this overdevelopment!

Consider the interests of the neighborhood, the Town of Ramapo, and the environment. Stop catering to what is beneficial only for the developers and act responsibly. Do not approve the proposed amendment to down zone and do not approve high density zoning in this area.

This area is not the right space for this type of development, the area is environmentally not suited to this type of large scale build out. The development will negatively impact both Ramapo and Clarkstown and should not be approved.

Too many dwellings planned on too small a parcel of land!

Stick to the approved zoning codes and have enough forward thinking to realize while this might be good for your personal pocketbook, this is BAD for Rockland.

Overdevelopment, economic & major quality of life issues, very irresponsible decision if this goes through.

My vote is NO to this zoning change! Minimum acre for each home should be half an acre!!!! Which means only 56 homes max!

I am 27 years old and I have lived in this neighborhood my entire life. It's bad enough when you see a small lot of land cleared to build one or two new homes, but what this plan proposes would be absolutely devastating. Please do not let this happen to our beautiful town. This will just be another step towards the complete destruction of our town by, in my opinion, corrupt and short-sighted town officials. How can any official who allows this to ha Let's not kid ourselves. We all know who this would benefit.
