Solar power is unproven and nothing but a money maker for big power companies. Approval of this project in any form means selling out the citizens of Spotsylvania county - not jus the citizens of the LIvingston District

A solar farm of this magnitude is totally inappropriate for Spotsylvania County.

I would not have purchased Lot #173 in 1992, and had my house built in 1996-7, if I knew that any company like sPower of Utah would be permitted to build so close to our Fawn Lake Development. The developers of Fawn Lake, NTS, did not sell all of the lots here to have such a company build on our "back step". If sPower of Utah is allowed to build as the want to our homes will be driven down for and anyone would be foolish to purchase property at Fawn Lake.

Wrong project. Wrong location.

Don’t force the County to increase property taxes to support Spower as a result of lower property values.

Say no to giant solar factory. It is just too big for Spotsylvania!

I am totally against sPower’s plans to build a solar utility plant in such close proximity to homes. Not enough is known about the negative impact from this monstrosity, and the decommissioning plan (or the lack of one) is beyond irresponsible.

I Oppose the Solar Fawn so close to Fawn Lake. I vote no. If the Northern Virginia Government clients and Microsoft need power then move this to Northern Virginia near Dulles Airport near the residents in Northern Virginia.

This project does not belong so close to a residential area. The area roads cannot support the increase in truck traffic safely! Just look at the corners along Rt.621! The trucks cannot even make the turn with all wheels on the road.

This is waaaaay too big, start with rooftops. The consequences can last generations, destroying our land, our wells, and more.

I've yet to hear a single reason why you (the Board of Supervisors) would even consider allowing this. It benefits a Utah company, which chose our county for their destructive industrial project. The decision to locate it right next to a beautiful and serene residential neighborhood and historic civil war battleground compounds the insult, and is profoundly misguided. We promise retributive political consequences if this horrible plan moves forward.

Of all the reasons to oppose this project, the most obvious one is SIZE: 10 square miles, the size of Manhattan! Comparable projects are in no-mans land.
