Let's just wait! Solar prices per kw are plummeting and technology is on a rapid course of improvement. No reason to install outdated technology from past that won't bring any benefit to county for a decade.

This proposed solar power plant is too close to residential properties. I hope the BOS thinks hard about the negative consequences a project of this size can bring to Spotsylvania!

I do not support this fraudulent Green Energy project. Trees and all green life are critical to remove the CO2 from atmosphere and create oxygen. Cutting down thousands of acres of old growth hardwood forests in pursuit of “green energy” is a total scam and total betrayal of all citizens of historic Spotsylvania county. Solar and Wind power are both inefficient and unreliable energy sources that cause major environmental damage during the manufacturing and deployment of the hardware. The worst thing for the environment is open pit mining that is required to extract the metals and hazardous chemicals required to manufacture solar panels and windmill turbines. The best method by far to generate electricity is the use of clean natural gas that is readily available, highly efficient, highly reliable and cost effective. These green energy frauds have been tried before under Obama and have been a massive waste of money and resources. They are not compatible with highly populated communities and should NEVER cut down trees and other green life to build the facilities. I will never, ever support this Spotsylvania Solar SCAM. PS - I am a Mechanical / Electrical Engineer with 3 US Patents on critical power generation, controls and distribution

Boondoggle! Tax payers funded? Low sunlight hours. Environment destruction. Short life expectancy of facility. Not an efficient energy producer. These companies want green power? Let them integrate it into their existing facilities, like Perdue has.

Vote no on all three applications by sPower. Not good for the environment, Spotsy residents, or the county.

This entire area is a historical landmark and should protected at all costs. Too much of the Wilderness Battlefield was lost in recent construction.

This proposed use is not conducive to the Agricultural zoning and will adversely impact the adjoining properties as well as Fawn Lake subdivision.
