No where else in the country do we have anything this size next to residential communities. Don't make Spotsylvania the guinea pig. Vote NO on all three sPower proposals.

No where else in the entire country do you have a project of this size next to residential areas. There is a reason for this and Spotsylvania should not be this first to experiment with this. Vote NO on sPower.

I'm not opposed to solar power, but this project is TOO BIG for our county, and there are too many unknowns about the ramifications of such a big plant in our rural/residential county. Please deny the application

sPower is a Hydra with dozens of LLC entities owned by multinational companies, so how do ou enforce any agreement without a funded irrevocable escrow account?
