Townhomes will devalue our properties due to the lower price and make it more affordable for people with checkered past. Moreover, the area is already crowded. Horton needs to go elsewhere. I rather see the trees than townhomes.

Do not like the idea at all. Our community isn’t as clean as it was last year. People moving in disregarding cleanliness , throwing plates, cups, paper and trash along the streets, especially on Mastiff and RedHawkRun. Townhouses may increase the problem. Will change the look of our entrance.
