Definitely do not want townhomes in front of the subdivision. It was definitely cause more traffic which is only just one example of things that could make it worst being there.

Building townhomes in our subdivision will add major traffic to our area. We live in peace in Oakley Township, we are home owners and family generations living here. Please, do not build the townhomes here. I vote no.

I am petition to deny DR Horton’s rezoning. I do not want townhomes built near or next to my subdivision. It will decrease the value of our homes and weaken the since of community in Oakley Township.

Please deny DR Horton’s plans to build townhomes at the front of our community. Our community is great as is, it’s already huge and it’s extremely peaceful to not have so much activity at our front entrance. This has the potential to decrease our property value, and increase traffic, disturbing the current pattern. Please deny this petition!
