I oppose the cell tower construction in San Ignacio Heights. It is not permitted by the ordinances

We just bought this house and it definitely would have made a difference.

I vote against a cell tower in our neighborhood. We just bought a house there and would not have done so if we would have known about this tower.

Please read this petition and
the reasons given for NOT allowing it to be built in our development.
This cell tower does not belong in a residential area with
beautiful views of the mountains. It will devalue our
homes and it is an eyesore to the area.
Thank you and please vote NO.

I am asking for your "No" vote to the proposed cell tower to be installed in the parking lot of the San Ignacio Golf Course which is at the entrance of San Ignacio Heights.
My first point is that I believe there are few cell towers installed in Green Valley neighborhoods; if so, not where picturesque views of the mountains are obstructed by a cell tower.
Secondly, it strikes me as "interesting" that many sights considered were owned by the owner of the San Ignacio Golf Course. Said owner certainly did not take into consideration those in the neighborhood who he would expect to patronize the golf course and restaurant.
Thirdly, the timing and handling of this proposed cell tower is more then suspect. The president of the San Ignacio Heights Association Board was never notified of this proposed project in a timey manor so residents could act on this. Certainly, those proposing this project know that most residents in the area are not there in the spring and summer, when notification is said to have been given. That is in no way fair and should be noted by those behind this.
Lastly, an article in the Green Valley News talked about a proposed cell tower to be installed near WalMart. Residents, nearby, objected and it did not go forward at the present time.
Respectfully submitted, Joyce Bell

Constructed to look like a palm tree???
THERE ARE NO PALM TREES IN THAT PARKING LOT! Build it in front of North's restaurant.

All my comments have made in previous two letters. Residential areas should be protected and not used for obstructions to views and harmony of the area. Use an open space.

Please vot "No"on the proposed site for this cell tower. Houses are not selling presently and the proposed cell tower would take property values down even more and make resales more difficult.

With all the open land around us I cannot believe it is in anyones best interest to put a tower in the center of a heavily populated residential area.

There are many open spaces in this vicinity for cell towers that would not have similar effects on home owners

Please consider the impact on both views and real estate values in this residential area and VOTE NO!!!

There are many more appropriate locations. The residents were not brought into the approval process in a timely manner. (Resident at 4141 S. Campina)

We would prefer not to have the cell tower right in our view. Could such towers not be located back by the mine?

There must be a better location than in our front & back yards. As a snowbird very unfair timing re info meetings & discussions.

I just returned home from a 5 wk
absence to find out about this situation - never heard a word about it before! I do not want or approve of a cell tower in our subdivision - this is a beautiful residential area - my home will not
keep its value, nor will any of the other homes in our development.
This is not the place for a cell tower and our homeowners have not had
an opportunity to respond to this matter. We need more time and information - most of us were away.
I feel this was very poorly processed;
not enough information was out to the homeowners of San Ignacio and the general public.
Cell towers do not belong in residential subdivisions!!!
