The feedback regarding the current status of the VSP and EERP programs remains consistent with the concerns outlined in this petition. I am currently organizing the documentation required to present these grievances to the appropriate management representatives.

Three years ago myself and so many others signed to leave a company we gave so many years,while we are grateful for all we accomplished because of tstt some of us needed to step out and try something new. The union never asked any of us what we wanted it was only to benefit them ,we signed to leave we agreed With the amount and they had no right to take that away from us which they did . The company needs to send out another VSEP ,retrenching workers is sending home persons who don't want to . If this union was smart they would have allowed the VSEP and it would have been easier for the company to negotiate with the remaining staff,but again they only studying the money nothing else .

We should be given the same opportunity that management got regarding VSEP

its been way to long waiting on this we put in the work and deserve the same package as the bosses got back then
