Rediculous to exploit our young women. I agree 110% on respecting our children whichever gender they may be. Modiest uniforms will not lessen the quality of any team!!!

What a deplorable thing to do yo our young women. This to be is objectifying and let's not mention the problems it may cause to have such shorts. Some women get cistitist from wearing tight short shorts. Shame on the people who agreed to this uniform.

Our daughters butt cheeks hanging out is not right at all! We are teaching our daughter to respect her body not flaunt it out. It's horrible and disgusting.

I agree...we used to wear the longer spandex UNDER our regular shorts in track and cross country.

I need to be honest here Marcy...I don't agree with this. The picture that first popped up when I clicked the link was NOT an accurate portrayal of what our volleyball players look like on the court. If our girls' shorts come up occasionally and expose their "cheeks," our girls are appropriately pulling them down right away. Even if they DID wear that style of spandex, they would be no different than the beach volleyball uniforms that are worn by respectable athletes all around the world. It is disappointing and degrading for people to compare our girls' uniforms to pornography and nudity. Unfortunately, that nonsensical comparison only minimizes the devastating reality of the pornography industry (which I am passionately opposed to). The problem, my friends, is NOT what these young ladies are wearing...it is warped way that people think. It is a problem of the human heart that will NOT be fixed by adding a few inches to an inseam. Besides, if you go down this road...where will it end? Will the girl's swim team be asked to wear cover-ups or biker shorts over their suits? Will the wrestling team be asked to wear "looser fitting" uniforms that don't show off their unmentionables?
