I have your internet service at my work and LOVE it. Speed and service are great. I have frontier at home and CONSTANTLY have trouble.

PLEASE have Vol-First out behind the Memorial Airport! Frontier is absolutely HORRIBLE! With what all my family uses the internet for, it is out more times than ever.

I support the installation of fiber optic cable for the purpose of increasing internet speed from Sparta Highway to Earl Jones , Farrington , Obed River, Laurel and all points surrounding these areas.

On Martin Rd. and work full time from home, and frontier’s slow speed is a complete hinderance to the point I’ve had to consider moving. This would be a total game changer for me!

We are nowhere close to true broadband in this area. With the distance from DSLAM (distribution point for Frontier’s feed line) the line loses give users only 4-5 Mbps in Farrington Estates. Not even close to the 25 Mbps which is considered as broadband. This will in the future or maybe now start affecting property values. This is a real problem.

I have no internet. Frontier told me there’s no ports, tried Hughsnet and it was awful.
