I am shocked and violated! After many years of frequenting the library with my children and considering it a safe place, I will now keep my children away until I am assured that this is removed and considered to be an outrage by the library.

This is absolutely disgusting. Shame on JMRL, especially John Halliday.

I didn't know about this until now and I will not set foot in the library with my children until I know it is gone.

Disappointed in anyone who would think this okay to display in a place frequented by children.

Not appropriate for young eyes...some of it is not appropriate for eyes of any age.

Very disappointed that our library would give permission to have this display in the library. This no doubt would increase teen sex experimentations, pregnancies, abortions, and further fund Planned Parenthood!! I am appalled.

This sexual explicit showcase was disgusting and it is totally unacceptable that it was in the reach of small children. Now those who are pro-life and have sexual morals should have a chance to display our appropriate message of love for life, children and the dignity of women and the importance of family!

There is no doubt that the placement of such graphic material was carefully considered to reach teenagers and children. Discretion belongs to parents as to what is appropriate for their children to see, They shouldn't have to worry that their children will be confronted by explicitly sexual content at the front door of their public library.

My views were eloquently expressed in the petition. The display was not, in any way, in the best interest of children whom we have a sacred duty to protect.

This has no place at a library.

This display is a triumph of a disordered ideology over mental health and the rights of families.

Stop sexualizing our kids, or for that matter everyone! Enough with the indoctrination! JMRL, you can do better than this.

Why on earth would you put this type of display in a Public Library where children and frankly, teens walk by? I think it's completely inappropriate.
