VOICES FOR AMY
Amy Caroline Frink (1975-1994)
Our Mission: To change the legislation that gave unapologetic Murderers John Paul Counts & John Norman Gamble more rights than the innocent 18 year old girl they brutally slew.
We need to ammend our laws & pass STIFFER SENTENCING for offenders of this grievous nature.
The N.C. Fair Senctencing Act allowed 2 vicious Murderers free after serving less than 10 years for the brutal rape and murder of 18 year old Amy Caroline Frink in 1994. Their crimes will not even require them to register on the National Sex Offenders List.

Background: After a lengthy investigation authorities located Gamble living in New York and charged him with FIRST DEGREE
KIDNAPING, FIRST DEGREE RAPE & FIRST DEGREE MURDER of
Brunswick County girl, Amy Caroline Frink.
Also charged, was accomplice John Paul Counts, who was released in 2008 for good behavior and because he was eligible for
the state's Mutual Agreement Parole Program.
Gamble was arrested and plead Guilty to 2 counts of Kidnapping and Rape. He was sentenced to 10 years for each count, to be served consecutively. 10 years for Kidnaping, 10 years for Rape.
Translation: To serve 10 years for Aiding and abeding in Kidnapping, Rape & Murder.
Punishment Type: FAIR FELONS (NC Fair Sentencing Act)
Thats Fair, Right?
Although, he racked up 23 Infractions while serving his time, which ranged from Non-Threat Contraband.. to Threat to Harm/Injure Staff.. to Weapons Possession,.... under the legislation of the NC Fair
Sentencing Act, a 10 year sentence becomes 3.5
and being good for 90 days made him elligable for early parole...
Both of these men are now Free amoung us.
A man like one of them may be in Your Neighborhood...
