We have all seen their TV Commercials - Vistaprint offers a cheap way to design and print business cards, etc. However, after MANY MANY requests from their customers, Vistaprint refuses to allow us to delete our files from their database. After repeated responses such as "we're looking into it", "we've passed this information along", etc., they clearly have no intention of allowing us to delete our OLD and often outdated information from their website. They are essentially holding our digital information hostage. FOR SEVEN YEARS, their customers have been begging for this option! Maybe if we get enough signatures on this petition, we can show them just how important it is to us. If nothing else, we can go public with this. I suspect with enough signatures, we could at least get a story picked up by the AP that would make Vistaprint change their mind.

Vistaprint continues to ignore our requests while keeping our personal data stuck in their system for no good reason. Their excuses about looking into the matter are pathetic stall tactics designed to protect their own storage convenience over our digital rights. We are not going away until they provide a simple delete button for our own files.

I designed a business card on vistaprint for someone who has now died. I don't want to be reminded of them when I'm creating or ordering other products. PLEASE LET US DELETE PREVIOUS ORDER DESIGNS!
I've been a VistaPrint customer for many years. During that time my contact information has changed quite a bit. Phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses etc. are among the many things that need to be updated in my VistaPrint portfolio. Deleting outdated info has never been an option in the portfolio. This creates a lot of confusion and useless items that are not needed and will never be ordered. Please add the option to delete these outdated entries and reduce the clutter in our accounts.

It's gotten to the point where I am labeling projects "trash." There is no good reason not to provide this feature. Vistaprint is years behind. Not user friendly, unfortunately just affordable.
Please allow us to delete designs. It gets too confusing and why the heck not??

Totally agree. My account has images of my ex-wife who caused no end of issues with my current partner. We use Vistaprint for our business and everytime we go on to order something there her image is! VistaPrints solution was for me to close down my account and start again!! So all the designs (15 different products) would have to be done again, just so they don't have to put a delete button for things ordered. I own an IT company and this is so easy. Vistaprint say they have to keep a record for security reasons (???). Fine keep a recod on your database but have a simple flag that if I delete the product, is set to false and therefore does not show on my account until the end of time
