VistaPrint-ADD THE DELETE OPTION!

I want to delete old stuff I don't want to remember! Come on!

please allow us to delete our project and photos. Some of these are old and personal that I want off my account. PLEASE.

It's gotten to the point where I am labeling projects "trash." There is no good reason not to provide this feature. Vistaprint is years behind. Not user friendly, unfortunately just affordable.

Please allow us to delete designs. It gets too confusing and why the heck not??

Please allow old orders to be deleted. Some designs are no longer being used by the company.

I love your platform and options. We have changed locations several times and it gets frustrating having to double and triple check to make sure I'm ordering the right version when they look exactly the same. Please add a delete option

Really need to delete my old projects, it's getting out of hand

This is ridiculous. Only after I ordered the product with quite a few personal images, I find that they don't offer an option to delete the images. Even if there is nothing to hide in the personal images, a customer still needs an ability to delete their images once they are done placing the order. If it involves an ability to delete the order as well, then so be it. I will be opting to go for local brick-and-mortar DTP shops where I have control of asking the DTP person to delete the files from his desktop once done. Vistaprint, you will lose customers if you don't include this option to have the ability to delete personal images.

We need the "delete" option to delete the old profile of no longer exit employees. The account have so much names now

We need to be able to delete old projects. There is too many projects now in my account and I would like to clean it up.

Totally agree. My account has images of my ex-wife who caused no end of issues with my current partner. We use Vistaprint for our business and everytime we go on to order something there her image is! VistaPrints solution was for me to close down my account and start again!! So all the designs (15 different products) would have to be done again, just so they don't have to put a delete button for things ordered. I own an IT company and this is so easy. Vistaprint say they have to keep a record for security reasons (???). Fine keep a recod on your database but have a simple flag that if I delete the product, is set to false and therefore does not show on my account until the end of time

Vistaprint needs to enable delete feature.

Totally agree, this is certainly not professional customer service

I have had an extremely positive experience dealing with Vistaprint up until now. Not being able to remove outdated material which is no longer required and could lead to incorrect ordering is not acceptable. This should be an option or at least have an archive option which would move it out of current projects.

Give me the option to delete files I no longer need.

I need to be able to delete old and outdated flyers. Please add the delete option - it's ridiculous it's not an option already!!!

It is ridiculous that I can't clean up my portfolio. It is almost enough to make me want to stop using VistaPrint...and maybe soon it will be enough.
