This doesnt go or belong in the neighborhood setup around this area. It's not on the edges it's in the middle of a housing area. The one we have already is a mess with traffic, and parking.

Agreed, on top of the need to rezone I'm concerned about the additional load on Vista Parkway as well as the additional cars and parking needs which will fall to the surrounding neighborhood specifically Hickory and Single Tree.

DO NOT build apartments in the middle of Vista Ridge! This will take away from the neighbors that face West and most of them are original owners!!!!

In what universe does putting an apartment complex in the middle of an established, high end residential neighborhood make any sense? People pay a lot to live here because of the views and access to trails and nature. We don’t need any more residential development, especially of this caliber.

Please reconsider what will be built on that property. The problem with so many units and the road traffic on a single two way road, should be carefully considered.

Traffic and height are my biggest concerns. Until the through street was created for the Blue Sky Condominiums was put in behind the gas station, my small subdivision was the through street. Cars went through at faster than speed limit pace and ignored traffic signs regularly. I fear the increase in traffic on Vista Parkway will be untenable. The traffic at the Hwy 7 and Vista Pkwy intersection will be backed up even more at high traffic times.
