Vista Ridge | Request for Information | Proposed Rental Home/Apartment Communuty

Too many houses. The current zoning needs to remain.

The rezoning to a commercial development in the middle of the neighborhood is not in the best interest of the community. It’ll not only lower home values, but could bring higher theft etc. having a rental community backing up to what are very nice homes. Please do not allow this.

This housing density is clearly incompatible with the neighborhood and should not be allowed. Couple this with another 1,000 homes going in due north of this property next to the garbage dumps and you wholly strain the existing infrastructure.

Maybe put something in for the existing families or for the kids?

We just moved here over the summer. Part of the reason was because of the horse property. My daughter loves horses, but we can't have any because of my husband's and son's allergies. I understand things happen, but why another apartment building? Why not a really nice park with a splash pad for the kids? Maybe with a nice field for families to play games & sports?

This is not why we decided to build a home in VR 17 years ago. NO Thank You!!!

We do not want these apartments!

A large density community will greatly diminish the peaceful quiet neighborhood life we moved here for. You cannot put a few thousand people on that plot of land in the midst of a single family residential neighborhood and not have it significantly impact every single resident.

I am against this proposal

Please include me in any future discussions. I’m a fifteen year resident of VR and feel we deserve to know chapter and verse regarding these plans.

Typical town govt. oh there’s land let’s dump apt complex in the middle of home owners from millions of dollars to mid 400 it doesn’t belong here in vista ridge! why not put it at 9 mile park with the rest of the apt buildings

More info please. It doesn’t seem possible to continue to add residents, especially in multi family dwellings without a larger infrastucture plan? We need stoplights first

As a former Erie Planning Commissioner, I feel this apartment complex does not fit with surrounding zoned areas and would negatively impact the personality of the community.
