An apartment complex in the middle of Vista Ridge does not fit with the neighborhood design nor traffic capacity. Furthermore, there are plenty of apartment complexes being developed surrounding VR that DO fit appropriately.

I want more info and to be involved. It does not feel clear that this isn’t benefit of our community.

So much building is going on at one time, including this large Baseline Project. It is hard to put all the results together, even if we were handed the separate pieces of information on the affect of each.

The housing density is already high in Vista Ridge. This will explode the wear and tear on streets and infrastructure. And the negative impact on housing values will be significant. I have just purchased a home in. Vista Ridge. I would not have if I knew about this pending development.

Density of this development is in total contrast to the Vista Ridge/Vista Pointe densities serviced by Vista Parkway. Zoning for this enclosed enclave should be the same as adjacent properties.

I agree with everything. I don’t feel that Thompson Thrift did the minimum needed to notify Vista Ridge Residents and HOA. In addition, they are not taking into consideration the value of all homes in the neighborhood, the value they offered was not correct. I believe it would affect traffic, home values, children, safety, infrastructure, etc. A rental community doesn’t belong here.

Doesn't seem like a good fit for re-zoning, but open to reviewing the additional details requested here.

Why would we want low rent apartments in the middle of vista ridge, build them elsewhere.
