We, the undersigned citizens of Virginia petition the governor of the commonwealth asking that he ensure that Michael Vick, the confessed patron of illegal dog fighting within the borders and on the territory of Virginia be investigated and prosecuted by the Commonwealth of Virginia to the fullest extent possible under state law.
