Law enforcement and animal-protection advocates who have participated in raids on the type of enterprises that the Atlanta Falcons Quarterback and three other men are accused of running say the reality of the dogfighting underworld is even worse than most people can imagine. Electrocution & Hanging\'s Are Common!
They say seized dogs inevitably are euthanized, the plywood walls of the typical fighting ring are splattered with blood, and cruelty shrouds every aspect of the dog\'s life.
The Commissioner Of The NFL, Roger Goodell Is Going To Allow This Cruel, Heartless Law-Breaker To Continue Playing Football!

Seeing the momentum grow tells me that people are finally refusing to look away from these horrific acts of cruelty. Knowing that we have built this much strength together makes me feel like justice for those poor dogs finally has a chance.
July 21, 2007
Seeing one hundred people put their names behind this gives me such hope for justice. It is heartening to know so many of you share my disgust at how these animals were treated and my insistence that there should be real consequences for these actions.

This man is a monster and should never be allowed on a field again. How can they let him play after what he did to those poor dogs? Sickening.

I wont watch another game as long as he is allowed to play. He should be banned for life no excuses.

Goodell is a joke for letting him back in. Disgusting behavior and the nfl is just as bad for letting it happen.

NFL needs to step up. If I did that I would be in jail for life. Fame should not protect people who torture animals.
