My order changed to credit declined. No contact from Very and my two emails to them requesting an explanation had no reply.

what a joke of a company. I was told over the phone when I placed my order that the price was correct and it was a black friday deal, and I paid in full. and now today I see on my VERY account--- Sorry, this has been credit rejected, when did I take credit??

misleading, dishonest, underhand and even breaking their OWN terms and conditions yet still feel they can get away with it?

I bought 2 by mistake as the website crashed first time. Very deducted the money immediately from my bank - twice. Then advised it would take 3-4 days to review this then if the order was cancelled up to 10 days for a refund. Both orders were 'accepted' and I received confirmation emails. Very should honour this it was clearly in their Black Friday deals even showing the amount saved so how could it be a pricing error?
