I agree suspension and policy counseling. Not demotion. This world we live in is getting so pussified it's disgusting. He did the right thing for sure. Sometimes we just react when it comes to things like this. THAT is human nature and compassion for a person in need!

Please reconsider this demotion. I understand the reason for the policy, but should take circumstances into account on a case-by-case basis.
