Hi,
As we know the choice of vegetarian and vegan food in the University canteens at Birmingham City University is currently very small.
Many students and staff choose not to eat meat and/or other foods from animals for religious, ethical or health reasons. The current menus in the canteens make it difficult for them to do this as the choice is not too wide.
To provide a better choice for these students and staff, we call on the canteens at BCU to stock more vegetarian and vegan food.
We hope together we can make this happen, so please sign up for this cause, and spread the word far and wide.
