Van der stel for the youth and sporting community

Please don’t take our gym!!! It’s been our Home for 8years. Some many people enjoy this space and train there.

The multi sport complex is an icon of Stellenbosch and it would be a shame if it was lost to a single sport only

Keep it a multi sport facility. There is not enough soccer events to justify the change to an only soccer facility

Dit wat nou beplan word deur stadsraad is heeltemal teen die doel waarvoor die fasiliteit opgerig is. Was bevoorreg om vir 4jaar vir die VDS rugby klub te speel.

Van der Stel belongs to the community not rich soccer clubs

Municipality needs to work for the people not businesses only. Provide proper and complete information and not just hand over public interest for private gain.

Please do the right thing!

Van der was nog altyd bedoel vir die hele gemeenskap. Nie net een sport nie.

Van Der Stel Sportgrounds must remain in the hands of the general public of Stellenbosch

I am the Karate coach at Van der Stel Sports Club. This is a valuable sport for the community of Stellenbosch and we hereby endors this petition regarding the transparency of the future of the club.

Coloured sports will be negatively affected

We need more housing for our less privilege people in Stellenbosch and surrounding areas. Our children need space to study and get educated

Let’s be fair to the Stellenbosch community and support all sporting codes that use the Van der steer facilities.

We should treasure our old sport clubs.

VD Stel Sports Club must stay

This is unfair to these sporting codes wanting to change lives within our communities and their athletes.

Although no longer residing in stellenbosch, I was born and raised there and have many fond memories on these grounds with all sports I played . To only provide exclusive right to one entity spits on the legacy of all previous generations.
