Please reconsider you original decision. Keep in consideration of how much has been done to rectify the issues that your council originally had. PLEASE let this resident stay where she has lived for years now, her studio is her HOME. Thank you for your time.

I think it's disgraceful. The poor lady has purchased the property so if she wants to live in it then she should, paying all her council tax and for what? There are too many benefits scrounges and this lady seems honest and all she wants os to be close to her family. Why can't the council just focus on more important issues and let the lady be! Disgraceful!

I do believe rules are created for a reason, to generally maintain a standard of fair practice. However, there are always exceptions to the rule which should be afforded as much consideration when a legitimate opportunity to do so occurs. In this instance, I have not seen any information in which the council or vale have negotiated compromises. Using the word sympathise and regretful is easy, showing you are sympathetic by going some way to provide support and solutions through action would carry more weight. Work together for a solution, a hardline stance ultimately benefits no one.

how can council make somebody homeless the selfish tw*ts all because of planning!!!! i bet if it was one of their family members the planning would be fine! all council think of is their own pockets they dont care about anybody else!!!
