I think sometimes in life we need to make exceptions .
This is one time when there is no benefit , please tell me the point of this as I fail to see it .Someone like Joy should not have to live with fear of eviction , she is a hard worker brought up 3 amazing children , worked hard the list goes on .
I emplore you to show compassion and let her stay in the lovely home she has created .

Appauling treatment of a fantastic lady, mother and Nan that doesn't bother anybody and is an upstanding member of penarth community. Outrageous behaviour of a law abiding tax paying person!!!!!
