These should be our guiding principles in this matter, considering other details to be secondary at most, perhaps even negligible:
kibā vipra, kibā nyāsī, śūdra kene naya
yei kṛṣṇa-tattva-vettā, sei ’guru’ haya
SYNONYMS
kibā—whether; vipra—a brāhmaṇa; kibā—whether; nyāsī—a sannyāsī; śūdra—a śūdra; kene—why; naya—not; yei—anyone who; kṛṣṇa-tattva-vettā—a knower of the science of Kṛṣṇa; sei—that person; guru—the spiritual master; haya—is.
TRANSLATION
”Whether one is a brāhmaṇa, a sannyāsī or a śūdra—regardless of what he is—he can become a spiritual master if he knows the science of Kṛṣṇa.”
Śrī Jīva Gosvāmī advises that one not accept a spiritual master in terms of hereditary or customary social and ecclesiastical conventions. One should simply try to find a genuinely qualified spiritual master for actual advancement in spiritual understanding.

If those opposing and those in favor of such resolution both hang their hat on guru, sādhu, and śāstra, what, or who, determines such an outcome? If guru, sādhu, and śāstra are utilized for the promotion of bhakti, or loving service, as the what; then each decision should promote more love in our spiritual community, both locally and globally. If the GBC is the who, who oversees a bhakti tradition, then this group has to guide others to advocate love. Gender, race, ashrama, caste, nationality, or any other external factors are not determinates of one’s ability to love and guide in a loving way as put forth throughout the history of bhakti. Please consider these points.

We cannot go against vedic tradition. This is ,"swadharma" Nothing to do with sexual differentiation.
I am opposed to this. GBC has better things to look in to than this proposal.

As feminisme and emancipation was first presented as choice, don't please oblidge women later on to be diksa gurus. Some may be qualified and able, but in general, women are still women. In general, we're weaker. Thank you _/\_

All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
Philosophically we understand the point that we should not make distinctions based on material criteria as to the person of the guru;
We also have the opinion of Srila Prabhupada, where he says that woman can be a guru;
Rupa Gosvami says that anyone capable of controlling the senses and the mind is qualified to make disciples around the world;
And we have examples of vaishnavis who have become formal gurus in Vaisnavism, such as Jahnava Devi, Gangamata Gosvamini, and others.
Despite the pressure that ISKCON suffers from other institutions and sampradayas due to fear of the effects that women become formal gurus may have on their traditions, and the paradox it may cause in such belief systems heavily influenced by normative rules, we should not continue to let these traditions speak louder than the true siddhanta of the Vedas presented by Sri Krishna, Caitanya Mahaprabhu, and its most important followers where it is clear and proven by history that a woman can become a guru.

As a devotee from the United States, I support Srila Prabhupada's intent to support the needs of the movement and generations. The time has long come to think about the future and represent the membership.
It is unfortunate that we have all learned that we are not our bodies, yet this petition and ruling is only about that. We are all part and parcel of God and our gender is not included in that. If we want this movement to continue, expand, and attack both females AND males, we MUST finally realize this basic point that Srila Prabhupada has taught us.
