Yes...I do think that qualified Vaishnavis should be allowed to give diksha...HARE KRISHNA...ALL GLORIES TO SRILA PRABHUPAD...ALL GLORIES TO ALL THE VAISHNAV DEVOTEES OF THE LORD..

PRABHUPĀDA: “One who will pass this examination will be awarded with the title of Bhaktivedanta. I want that all of my spiritual sons and DAUGHTERS will inherit this title of Bhaktivedanta, so that the family transcendental diploma will continue through the generations. Those possessing the title of Bhaktivedanta will be allowed to INITIATE disciples. Maybe by 1975, all of my disciples will be allowed to initiate and increase the numbers of the generations. That is my program.”

If Srila Prabhupada wants it, I whole heartedly support it. Any woman who by Guru and Gauranga’s Mercy chanting 16 rounds, strictly observing four regulative principles and been able to conquer the nine gates of material body, may become a Guru.

Anyone who has conquered the six urges is qualified to make disciples and teach Lord Chaitanya's message all throughout the world!
