It is time for ISKCON to stop having gender bias. The qualification of Gurus should be objective not based on gender. There are many exalted and qualified vaishnavis who are very inspiring to many of us and the newer devotees need to be given the opportunity to chose a female guru who is qualified. Hare Krsna!

with or without the consent of the GBC, this will go forward. Lets get out of the dark ages and let leaders lead. We are not these bodies.

It is good for preaching to make adjustments and be broad minded. Also it is important for our movement to stop putting women down and as Srila Prabhupada said---our boys and girls who are preaching are equal.

Finally a sensible plan to expand the borders of ISKCON more widely in honor of HDG SP.

When a friend found that I am a follower of ISKON, he asked me what attracted me, was it the food? The preaching? Or the misogyny? We have so many women who give the most excellent service to Lord Krishna, why should we allow stumbling blocks to remain in their oath? Are we not all subservient to our Lord? To allow male dominance and the marginalization of women in our religious faith and our institution Eros too many from approaching Krishna. We as a society are better than this, we are not some backwards village we represent Krishnas outreach, how dare we exclude anyone from coming to Krishna consciousness.

Overdue and how can we preach we are not this body yet deny this opportunity based on the body? Let’s move forward and follow what we preach finally.

Qualified souls are so rare, we should put all our energy into enabling them - instead of selecting them on basis of gender, social status and whatnot.
