This property has been unkempt seemingly abandoned since we bought our home on Naomi St over 6 years ago.

This house has been vacant for many months. It's about time for the owner to step up and and fix it up.

The "fake address" was 628 Walnut. I had not heard until now that Ken had died, and I wonder who has inherited the property.

I actually live in home directly across from this disaster. The "owner" has not been seen for over a year, he uses a fake address (630 Walnut Ln) for utility bills etc. The negative effect on property value is enraging.

For the nearly 7 years I've been here the place has progressively decayed. Roof caving in, busted out windows, a giant thriving poison ivy farm for a yard. Also, word is that this house has posted a fraudulent alias address to avoid and delay detection / action. Owners need to upgrade or unload to someone willing.

A total neglected mess for to long, I know Kenny passed about seven months ago or so. It's time for action, no activity what so ever in or around property?

Neighbors are concerned about our investments. The city should be too.

I support the petition asking that the owner rehab this property and restore it in keeping with the context of the neighborhood.

I'm asking that the owner of this property become a good neighbor and either bring it up to a reasonable condition or sell it to someone who will.

I live across the street from this property. Is its owner still alive? How is this zoned?I'd prefer it remain a single-family home. Thanks!
