The University of West Georgia has enjoyed much expansion in the past year. However with this expansion comes consequences. Expansions include but are not limited to, Greek Village, new Bus Routes, the sports Coliseum, and a brand new football stadium. While all of these changes were necessary in the growth of West Georgia the only thing that didn't expand was parking. We have several commuter student lots however we share the majority of them with residence halls. By building a parking deck it would reduce the amount of land needed while still increasing spaces.
