I oppose elective abortions at University of Vermont Medical Center.

I am appalled to hear of this abortion initiative at the UVM MEDICAL CENTER. Shame on them!!! Dr. Walter Frey

A baby is a gift of life, not something to end because you did NOT plan for it to happen. If you are not ready to be a parent - give your baby up for adoption. There are plenty of families who can't have children and families that want more children. Abortion is murder. There are mothers that sacrificed their lives so their babies could be born.

Let us all respect life from the moment of conception until natural death. We are all gifts from God and temples of the Holy Spirit.

I whole-heartedly support the crucial need for and language of this petition. Keep up this important work!

This is A Digression of Humanity !!

I can't even find the words to express my sadness regarding this decision that was made. I feel in my heart that this is a very grave mistake. I pray that God will open the minds and hearts of the UVMCB members to see as He sees.

Please think of the nurses who object to this abortions! Abortion is wrong but so is violating nurses rights. This policy is horrible! Readhw last sentence...

Please do not agree to take the life of a baby... this hospital does everything it can to facilitate life...why would any thinking and well informed medical establishment agree to kill an infant just because the woman is afraid to carry and or parent? People are resilient and capable of doing more than they know...and little lives are valuable...not disposable.

I am against this being done at UVMMC.

I find it ironic that a medical center that vows to save and heal lives is now advocating the taking of innocent unborn lives through abortions. And yes, life does begin at conception.

I was left speechless when I heard of the decision made to open an abortion clinic at our hospital without regard of employees and all others affected by this decision. Most especially the unborn babies not able to speak for themselves. Please reconsider and thus correct this action - for the sake of employees, the unborn and the right all human beings have to life.

I support this petition to request that The University of Vermont Medical Center Board of Trustees reverse their to perform elective abortions at any of their Network hospitals.

We represent the Upper Valley Pray for Life, advocates for the unborn that they may see life instead of death! Abortion is NOT healthcare. STOP the abortions at Vermont Medical Center!
