When will you and the state of Vermont wake up and stop cultivating this culture of DEATH? This is the kind of thing that Peter Shumlin was proud of! Your house of lies will not stand forever.

I ask all doctors At UVM to please remember the Hippocratic oath that you took - to first do no harm. Remember that life begins at the moment of conception.

Abortion is murder, now matter how you spin it. Let's not forget Cain, the first murderer, And what was it the happened to him?

The very hospital my husband was born in (Mary Fletcher Hospital). It was know for years as a College Research Hospital, for the purpose for findings new and innovative ways to heal the sick. NOW, this same hospital wants to kill to make more money. SHAME ON YOU !

You get rid of one "serpent" (Planned Parenthood) and another one pops up (Med. Ctr) to take it's place, and an unlikely one at that. I thought hospitals mission was to preserve life, not snuff it out.

elective abortion is not health care, and late term abortion is especially despicable.

An unborn baby at any stage is a person and is unique and valuable. A person should not be eliminated because it makes things easier, better or more convenient for somebody else. We need to respect the lives of others and consider them as being as important as our own lives. Each of us matters and no one should be allowed to decide that these lives don't matter. Each of us began our lives in the womb.

I have relied on UVM in the past and have recommended the organization to many people. This decision goes against my beliefs and this customer may have to take his business elsewhere if UVM doesn't change their decision on late term elective abortion.

Stunned and saddened by your heart-rending policy change to perform elective abortions routinely; to kill preborn babies, completely innocent, vulnerable, and defenseless. Your action contradicts the Medical Center's stated purpose of compassionate care and healing. The attack on Pearl Harbor, 12/7/1941 became known as a "day of infamy". Your new policy constitutes the Medical Center's "day of infamy". Please re-consider, so that many of us may once again hold a positive view of the Medical Center.
