Since this company bought the water company they have more than doubled the price the pipes in my kitchen and bath fawcett have white crap on them that looks like white rust do to the chemicals they are putting in the water and cut the customer service in half and is an monopoly

This needs to stop. Raising the prices arbitrarily so close together is unfair - especially during current times. Doing so in the name of the "pricing for water/sewer services having been kept very low for quite some time" is ridiculous. I was literally told that by a customer service rep several months back.

Our water rates doubled when the FL PSC allowed UI to do one rate for the whole of FL. Most other UI customers rate went down & Seminole County customer rates doubled. Not a good & well thought out PSC decision.
