Utilities, Inc., has raised rates frequently. The PSC must stop rubber-stamping these increase requests!

How can this possibly be justified in the low inflation environment today.

The increase request is far beyond the requested amount of the increase.
First, an increase is not warranted at this time. Second, the amount of the requested increase is far more than extravagant.

Wow, what a comparison. My Social Security retirement was increased be a whopping 1.2% annually for 2021. And Utilities, Inc. is asking for a 166% increase. Maybe we should ask Congress to start using Utilities, Inc.'s cost of water increase index for future social security check increases?

Please do not continue to raise our rates especially during this time of the pandemic, high unemployment and extreme number of evictions. Many residents are facing tough enough times.

It’s outrages that a utility who makes millions in profits every year can have an increase of such magnitude

Since Sanlando Utilities was acquired by Utilities, Inc. in 2016 our water bill has increased by approximately 150%. This requested increase would raise it to approximately 200% in four years. Our water bill is now approaching the level of our electric bill. Where does it end? Deny the increase!

Please do not approve this increase. Enough already! I would like to see the commissioners elected instead of appointed. Maybe then they would stop approving these rate increases.

This would be the second huge increase we will have incurred since Utilities Inc has taken over. The last increase more than doubled my water bill. This action is outrageous and places an untenable burden on us as customers. I urge you to deny this increase.

The timing for a cost increase to the public right now does not align with the adverse economical situation that many of the citizens of Seminole, and numerous other counties, are experiencing as a result of the pandemic. Utilities Inc should acknowledge a sense of gratitude to its costumers by delaying any imminent costs increases
Completely unjustified and exorbitant
