My understanding is that this Utilities, Inc water company is not even an American company. I believe it's Canadian. Ever since they took over, only large increases is all I ever see now! Drill that well!!!

The rate increase should be denied.

I am speculating that this appears to be an organized plan to get the rates as high as possible and then sell the company to the highest bidder/competitor .....just speculating....we will see...

Lived in Seminole County for almost 6 years and seems like Utilities Inc is always raising water costs.

The water is horrible and I had to put in a water filter plus one in the refrigerator for drinking .

This is not a time for rate increases. Many families are struggling to make ends meet. Shame on Utilities inc. for increasing rates at this time.

This is completely unjustified especially during an economic hardship.

On October of 2019, Utilities Inc. was heavily fined by the state of Florida for dumping millions of gallons of untreated sewage into a tributary of the Wekiva River. They also had to clean up the spillage. This information came from from the office of Representative Scott Plakon.

My rate has tripled in the last two years with no change in usage requirements.

I have lived here since 2012, and the rise and the rate of water has been absolutely ridiculous, criminal almost

This is not a good time for rate increases when most people are struggling to survive in this Covid economy.

The unscrupulous rate hiking practices of Utilities Inc need to stop. We are held hostage by their monopoly on this service and victims to their ongoing increases. We have no other company to turn to for our utilities. We’re at the mercy to whatever fees Utilities Inc wants to levy on us.
