Please deny the rate increase. Utilities Inc. raised rates a few years ago for capital improvements and now just to make more $. That is not a reason to raise rates.

They want us to pay for their gross error of dumping raw sewage into pristine creek running by the Hunter WTP! NO WAY!

I am a retired Seminole county teacher and have seen my rates go up tremendously since sanlando utility was bought out
In 36 years in the springs subdivision our bill has gone up 5 or 6 times and is more than 5 times what we paid
No pool only 2 adults water once a week
Bigger bill than our electric bill
Seriously are we now as senior citizens forced to shower every other day?

This is hardly the time to have yet ANOTHER rate increase. Many families are struggling with being in “lockdown”. My bill is now $90.00. We only have 3 in our family and are very conscious of our consumption. Pleas reconsider.

.03 a gallon may seem small but that is extreme! That is unfair and could cause undue stress and a huge financial burden, especially to those who are struggling to pay their bills in the middle of a pandemic.
