An unneeded, unfair, and increase for the sake of driving revenue and help overhead for a single company is not something anyone needs right now. Try again later and try with a more reasonable increase that is to keep up with the real cost of maintaining quality only.

My water bill has far surpassed my power bill, the contract the county agreed to regarding utilities inc. helping with infrastructure improvements needs to be looked at and in the least learn from the mistakes and loopholes that exist. The massive increase on 11000 homeowners is going to significantly effect those on fixed incomes.

Such an increase is unjustified!
Too often companies that are given a monopoly seek capital improvements to grow and expand their company and pass that expense to customers over a very short window. Once the improvements (which are assets of the company) are acquired and paid for the added expense is not discontinued, but rather goes to improve the bottom line and increased executive income.
The expense of acquired assets should be borne by the newly acquired customers over time, applied to borrowed or bond money which is offset by depriciation.

Rates went up exponentially several years ago. It is fiscally an abuse of power to impose another rate increase in pandemic times. The current water usage rate is approximate to other localities. Get real Utilities Inc.!

At this time when so many are unemployed or underemployed, it is not reasonable to increase the rates for Utilities, Inc especially since they were in increased last year! Greed is never good
