We are struggling to care for our lawn. We have shorten our showers. We are unable to clean our sidewalks, our roof anything that we would use water to maintain. The cost is prohibitive. I don’t know how families can even pay their bills. We are trying to ever thing right and the cost is still SO high. It has been higher than our electric bill and our house is not energy efficient. It is older.

This utility company has already received tremendous rate increases over the past few years. To grant another increase is ridiculous and may create a hardship for many households. My water bill is currently about three times what it used to be not that many years ago. Other areas of central Florida are not paying the exorbitant rates that Utilities Inc is charging and proposing. Please prevent this from happening.

I am a widow living alone, frugal with water usage, no way I should ever have to pay $188.00 a month for water. When the service was Sandlando Utilities i never had a water bill more than $80.00, including the summer months. This increase is greed at it's best. NO INCREASE!

I went to the local big meeting with Tallahassee and Canadian Utilities, Inc. And I also know that nearly the majority of the money is to upgrade the water systems in OTHER parts of Florida--NOT Seminole County. The only community needed upgraded in Seminole was stated as the older section of The Springs in Longwood. Why are ALL of us paying for the upgrades to other counties. Those systems should have been maintained correctly in past years and we wouldn't be in this mess! WHY are we bending over backwards for a foreign national company who came in knowing what they were buying and now making a profit? I feel we've been sold out by the State of Florida again!

Enough is enough. We have a septic but our monthly water bill is still $120.00 and higher. Totally unacceptable.

Rates have been increased every year for the past 4 years.

When your water bill triples, and the company has no vested interest, in trying to lower it, it’s time to draw the line and stop it. Bring the rates down, and stop increases. they are not locally owned, and do not feel they have to answer, to the residence they serve.

PSC - please do not forget the citizens you represent when facing the utility lawyers, lobbyists and prevaricators requesting this unreasonable water pricing increase.

I just received my January 2021 bill, usage down 3% but monthly bill up 13%. We need more detail like this to go the PSC or perhaps even the Governor

The water bill is higher than the electric bill. There’s been no improvement to our access (pressure) since the last increase. WHO authorized the increase?

I oppose this rate increase. We are located in Forest Park Estates, the rates do not need to increase. Additionally, we have poor water pressure.

STOP THESE RAISES, IT'S OUT OF HAND!!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! Plus we pay for the annual inspection of our exterior fixtures no less!! It's criminal and especially during trying times w/ income/ job loss, etc. It's water!!

No New Increase, we already pay too much. I'm a widow living alone, my current bill is $188.00. For what?

The Water Rates for Utilities Inc continue to rise far and above another of our utility companies. We own several homes that are rentals and none of them have bills like we experience with our own home.
