High rates on water is just ridiculous and it needs to be reasonable for all of us. These new rates in few years, just too much!

Appalling to see Utilities seeking yet another increase and forcing their customers to PAY for equipment upgrades, etc. The significant financial burden it places on their customers is totally reprehensible, unacceptable and unjust. As a customer for 12+ yrs, our Water Bill has increased by 130+% !

The fact that we have to pay for wastewater treatment for water used for irrigation, should be ILLEGAL! That water never reaches the treatment plant! When I bought in 2011, the wastewater base charge was $12.37, now it is $27.63. The rate charge was $1.63/1000 gal, now it is $4.42/1000 gal. So not only have rates gone up ridiculously high, they’re charging all of us for treatment on water that is NOT being treated!

Utilities Inc has imposed several rate increases the past few years, when is it enough? These are not small increases and where is the money going? Big company in Canada in charge of our water quality padding their pockets.

Going up 30% is way above what people can afford. Why won't Utilities,Inc allow for a separate meter for irrigation. Watering a lawn does not use any sewer services.

Utilities inc has had many years to collect fees from us. During this time they have put band aids on things. Now they want big increase in fees to fix what they should have been fixing long ago.
