I propose we adopt a Utah lottery law based on Idaho law 2005 Idaho Code - CHAPTER 74 — IDAHO STATE LOTTERY that would implement, define , create and control a Utah lottery. Implementing the Idaho code would give precedent to any challenges to the law when implemented in Utah.

Seeing this kind of movement confirms that people are tired of watching our tax dollars cross the state line. It has been a long road but this surge of interest shows that the conversation is finally shifting.

Lottery money goes towards education. It is about time Utah gets with the program
I, being in southern Utah, drive to arizona for my tickets. I constantly see other utah plates there as well. Who knows how much goes to arizona.
They needs to get with the times and allow its citizens the ability to exercise their rights and gamble if they so choose to do so...

It's time for the LDS church to quit forcing their beliefs on all of the citizens of Utah.

I enjoy paying for the dreams generated when you actually have numbers in the drawing. I don’t like having to drive hours to have the opportunity to play the game.
