The purpose of this petition is very simple.

1. We politely ask the Utah Legislature to call a special session to override Governor Herbert's veto of HB76 a.k.a. "Constitutional Carry Bill".

2. We encourage every Legislator to vote the same as they did on the original vote.

NOTE: A two-thirds (2/3) majority in both the House and the Senate are required to overturn the Governor's veto. This means the bill needs 50 Yea votes in the House and 20 Yea votes in the Senate. This bill has already passed with 51 Yea votes in the House and 22 Yea votes in the Senate.
