I was proud to serve on the USS England in 1979 and 1980. Everyone that has served aboard either of the USS England knows this story and the promise made. Let's honor Ensign England again and get a new ship named after him!

JC England should always be remembered and there should be a new ship named the USS England. So much can be learned through those who lost their lives in Pearl Harbor and those who served aboard the 2 USS England vessels!
