most of the major banks allow support of Mint. Why would GEMB not also allow support. At least give customers the option to allow support from the Synchrony site first.

in todays environment it is imortant to be able to keep on on everything and to have a reliable wat to track it morw quickly - I have been using quicken for over 20 years - JC Penny is the only account that I have that quicken does not work with. I was about to apply for a SAM's club mastercard until I saw Synchrony. I havent seen anything that says it does download to quicken.

I will be cancelling my Banana Republic and Brooks Brothers cards shortly if Synchrony Bank does not resolve this issue. I think the new name of "Synchrony" is rather ironic in this case......

Tell Mint what they need to do to meet your security requirements already!!! And make it reasonable. The whole point of using something like Mint is so that we don't have to go to each of our separate accounts to pull down our paperless statements individually. These items SHOULD be available at no cost on each individual website; however, it is time consuming and ridiculous that I should have to do this same thing on multiple websites each month. In addition, ALL of my other accounts can and do work just fine with Mint - C'mon GE Capital/Synchrony!!!!
