PLEASE fix this. I use Mint to ensure all of my bills are paid and up to date. Logging in to a separate account opens me up to more security risks and also makes it more difficult for me to easily maintain my finances.

None of my other financial institutions refuse to allow Mint access to my accounts. Mint has been a great tool to help me track and manage my finances. It's a shame that Synchrony doesn't want us to manage our finances.

Been using Mint for years and was very disappointed when I could not link my tjxrewards card. I use it less as a result because I don't want to forget and miss a payment since I can't see daily status on mint for this account.

It's obvious from recent quotes the issue is more to do with competitive advertising then technical issues. Please resolve this issue and come to some form of comprimise, I too am considering canceling my card with GE due to the shear aggravation factor of having nearly all my accounts/cards on mint except for CareCredit.
