the city property sitting empty is a public asset and the homeless are an expense, put them on the empty property and you balance the equation

Everything is pointing at Hazelnut Grove being closed very very soon. Why? Because its a group of people who have built thier own houses and are NOT being governed by some "nonprofit" Corporation.
#TableZero says we don't need babysitters. We are adults after all.

While houseless people deserve regular sized homes just like everyone else, this is a stop-gap measure that will allow houseless people to get out of the elements, maintain more sanitary conditions during the pandemic and beyond, and protect folks from being swept.

Any available space should be used. Services like sanitation, garbage, etc. provided. Small pods. Areas for tents. Areas for cars/RVs. No reason for people to be camping on the streets when there are unused locations that would serve well to create tiny communities. We can do this!
