Dear Dr. Gibbens, The Performing Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) respectfully requests the immediate seizure of Tina, Queenie and Jewel three ailing elephants traveling under great hardship with the Davenport Circus interests/Shrine Circus. These elephants are in danger of losing their lives. Please act immediately as their condition is deteriorating rapidly. If required, The Performing Animal Welfare Society will provide sanctuary for all three elephants.
