If its good enough for Florida's Governor elected Rick Scott then its BRILLIANT to use a remedy cure for Barack H. Obama (aka Barry Soetoro) and his Administrations built up CREDIT CARD ABUSED!

All of Congress and members of the (UN Government Corporation) is accountable for paying their own bills so therefore, as their bank lender and stockholder as their creditor, I propose the best solution would be to place a temporary FREEZE on their credit card...here's how...

EMERGENCY JUDGMENT FOR QUICK CURE REMEDY OF ACTIONS CONCERNING THE DEBT CEILING, DEFAULTS, AND DAMAGES

THIS SUIT IS BROUGHT FORTH BY US CITIZENS OF “WE THE PEOPLE”, USA TAXPAYER BANK OWNERS, INVESTOR'S, AND MEMBERS WHO POSSES A LEGAL US CITIZENSHIP.

WE, an Investor also known and legally recognized as USA CITIZEN individuals of "We The People", "Taxpayer", and BANK/Creditor to the borrowed loan stipulated thereof, hereinafter referred to as the Plaintiff's, do hereby invoke our rights under the loan provided by the Plaintiff's, to set forth an appropriate emergency actions and judgment as a quick cure remedy to protect the LOAN'S invested property, invested values, and monies given and provided to The UN Government Corporation, hereinafter known and referred to as the defendant's!  WE, furthermore, invoke our rights to an emergency remedy cure to prevent and protect all assets given and placed at risk of unwarranted penalties under said debt ceiling default responsibilities caused by the mismanagement's of the UN Government Corporation thereof will be fully held accountable thereof to the stipulations and descriptions as follows below. 

1. Defendant's knowingly and willingly racked up the uncontrollable debt by abusing their accessible right given and responsibilities to printing up of money dollars, therefore risking the decreasing dollar values and loan under the USA and has the right to protect valued invested funds due to defendant's failures of mismanaging business practices and risks default because of insufficient funds and ability to pay on the debt contracted under the loan.

2. Defendant's knowingly and willingly failed to comply to the promised contract under the loan agreement, so therefore can be held fully accountable to the breached loan contract.

3. Defendant's knowingly and willingly violated Plaintiff's legitimate and primary purpose of civil government to safeguard the given rights of its citizens; namely, life, liberty, and property. Only those duties, functions, and programs specifically assigned to the federal government by the Constitution should be funded. We call upon Congress and the President to stop all federal expenditures which are not specifically authorized by the U. S. Constitution, and to restore to the states those powers, programs, and sources of revenue that the federal government has usurped.

EMERGENCY JUDGMENT REASON FOR ACTION

The defendant's, hereinafter referred to as The UN Government Corporation, should be held accountable for their own debt and default, however, as a investor who would rather prevent the default and loss to my investment, declares and demands for an emergency judgment action to the above as described.

1. Defendant's proposed changes to the accountability of the loan note has not been authorized or agreed upon by the creditor or investors under the loan contract. The defendant's is taking it upon themselves as full controlling of the loan, violating all rights to the creditor.

2. Defendant's alleges and threatens harsh prosecution actions against investors of this loan which compels monetary damages against investors of the loan and lender creditor.

3. Defendant's violates Plaintiff's domain rights to any changes within the note to be made without mutual agreement between all parties included within the note by making themselves self appointed controller over the secured loan note and as its executor of the loan.

EMERGENCY REMEDY CURE PROPOSAL

1. Plaintiff's agrees and invokes their rights as the first party to the USA to reduce defendant's regular yearly earn incomes to one dollar as remaining regular earned income balances shall be applied towards this emergency action and loan note as a protective remedy prevention of any default judgment concerning the debt ceiling and under obligations to the loan note and the prevention of default while under the note, is demanded to be acted upon as an emergency remedy cure of both domestic and foreign third parties until debt ceiling becomes better manageable and up to date curing the default.

2. Plaintiff's agrees and invokes their rights as the first party to the USA secured note as the executor of their investment rights for an emergency remedy cure default prevention and protecting investments.

3. Plaintiff's agrees and invokes our governments, both federal and state, to increase personal taxes only on those who's income is one million or more dollars, as a remedy towards the government programs deficit assets for Social Security, Medicaid and Medicare as a security under the protections for the citizens of this USA with restricted statues and rules to be written and applied accordingly towards any demeanor increased pricing through and corporate owned products and sales as a recovery from those tax costs losses action placed against the consumers and citizens of this USA and foreign domestic trades. If violated then high fines shall be warranted and enforceable through both government and state courts. Those fines shall be also be applied towards the said same government programs.

4. Plaintiff's agrees and invokes strict rules, penalties, and fees to be applied and enforceable towards each amount not politically affiliated and is subject to terms of tax payer funded credit card abuse against any and all politicians, including presidency, who is handed such responsibility of taxpayers dollars must be held fully accountable no matter what position they may hold.

5. Plaintiff's agrees and invokes strict rules, penalties, and fees to be applied and enforceable towards each amount against and politicians who shows abusive personal use without paying it back should be held accountable for every dollar plus interest penalty fee.

6. Plaintiff's agrees and invokes strict rules, penalties, and fees to be applied and enforceable towards each amount of tax payers funded dollars politically misused for travel and expenses by any and all political official, including the presidency, who uses said funding, if any kind of political election campaigning is conducted or affiliated to, during those political travels both Nationally and Internationally, who is handed such responsibility of taxpayers dollars must be held fully accountable.

7. Plaintiff's agrees and invokes strict rules, penalties, and fees to be applied and enforceable towards each political party and/or official, including the presidency, who commits any Constitutional violations or attempt to amend or rewrite any part of our Constitution or important documents including Bill of Rights and Declaration of Independence, who is handed such responsibility to protect said important documents must be held fully accountable.

8. Plaintiff's agrees and invokes strict rules, penalties, and fees to be applied and enforceable towards each political party and/or official, including the presidency, who imposes or passes into law, unwarranted damages, taxes, and hardships either against USA citizens rights, liberties, freedoms, and democracy as Constituted under our protective important documents, who is handed such responsibility to protect must be held fully accountable.

9. Plaintiff's agrees and invokes strict rules, penalties, and fees to be applied and enforceable towards each political party and/or official, including the presidency, who holds or ever held any other citizenship from any other country other then or included with a US citizenship is herein deemed not eligible and subjected to immediate dismissal of any higher up political positions. Any politician who is found guilty of said rule is revoked any and all claims of all benefits.

10. Plaintiff's agrees and invokes strict rules, penalties, and fees to be applied and enforceable towards each political party and/or official, including the presidency and Congress, who is handed such responsibility as to the protections of said important documents within this petition must be held fully accountable of any threats, unwarranted taxes, mismanagement of taxpayers monies, wasteful spending and costs created and passed for political gains and demeanor's.

Any violations or failures thereof as stipulated under this petition, strict rules, penalties, and fees deemed applicable and enforceable towards each political party and/or official, including the presidency and Congress, who is handed such responsibility as to the protections said important documents and of the USA debt loan note, will be held fully accountable by any actions or enforcements deemed reasonable and necessary through the Honorable courts and laws for prosecution under both federal and state jurisdictions and venues where applied and furthermore revokes all eligibility for any future political position or benefits thereof.

WE, USA citizens and signatures to this petition, do hereby CERTIFY that everything within this petition is agreed upon, but not limited to any additional agreements to being applied to, all that is said within the Emergency Actions stipulations stated above and into hereinafter, and enforceable through each State of residing citizenship thereof as a part of the United States of America, are true and agreeable, demanded, and invoked rights accordingly under our important US documents, to be placed into action under the Honorable Federal and State courts of law. Furthermore, declares and invokes to all the above and within this petition as a true citizen and holder of legal USA citizenship as so described under our US Constitution.
